Ferie

> I was waiting these holidays for so long, and i finally made it to Seattle. I have to say that at the end it was not in the way i was expecting but not for this reason i enjoyed less my trip. It is allways good to experience new situations.

> Seattle is a cool city and it has a pretty decent skyline: Washington Mutual, Columbia Seafirst Center, the Space Needle and the Smith Tower of course, i was fascinated with the Columbia when i was a kid. It is a city that has some elements around that give it a lot of personality. The sea, the Mont Rainer, the music ,...the vegans. At first sight is not very pretencious and the best staff must be found in the funky neighbourhoods: Ballard, Fremont and some others that i don't know or just not remember the name...came on i was there just a few days...

> Chilling just next to Kurt Cobain's exresidence. We went there because we spent an afternoon with Hanna's aunt which house was just a few meters from it. She explain us that when the Starbuck's owner moved to the quarter he destroyed a part of the park where this picture was taken. ...Neighbours

> In Ballard, the scandinavian neighbourhood. I just knew right after, that Forward Russia, a brit band i like, were living there while they were recording their new album.

>At 73th floor of Columbia Center, the skyscraper with more stories of the West coast.
>Just one more freak

Vancouver

>It is said that Vancouver is one of the cities with the highest standards of living. It's a rich city, in a rich country, very lively and with a rainy temperate weather in a place Canada famous for snow, seals and polar bears.

>I spent some days with visiting my friend Kim, a girl i met in Oslo, she was living just next to my apartment. She was living in a block that was falling apart but it had nice views over the rocky mountains that surround the city.

>We did a little bit of hike, Vancouver surroundings are just wonderful.

> I have to admitt that i had a really good time drinking canadian pale ales beers, they are so much better that the american ones.
